Expressive Arts Workshop

with Coyote Task Force

Join us for an evening of creative expression in support of recovery and resilience! The workshop is open to all. Experience with creative arts is not required. We will begin with an opening circle and a brief grounding exercise, allowing everyone to "fully arrive." Participants will then be invited to express themselves through painting. Gentle facilitation will be provided as needed/desired. If time allows, painting will be followed by music and an opportunity to move or dance together in a safe environment. The evening will conclude with an opportunity to share and a brief closing circle.
