I do not accept any health insurance directly. I can provide superbills to clients who are not Medicare/Medicaid beneficiaries. You can submit superbills to your insurance company to request reimbursement through your out-of-network benefit.
I also accept Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) funding.
