My Therapy Practice Values

I believe anytime we identify with a fixed identity or identify someone else as having a fixed identity, this causes problems.

I believe everyone can thrive when exchanges are conscious and free (i.e., unconditional).

I believe we nourish and care for ourselves when we are mindful about: 1) what we eat and put into our bodies, 2) what we take in through our senses (e.g. the types of social media content, movies, etc. we expose ourselves to), 3) our aspirations (developing understanding and compassion vs. winning the race), 4) where we spend our time, i.e. spending time with others and in communities that are peaceful, understanding, and compassionate.

I believe that the true nature of each individual is compassion and wisdom.
