Discovering Myself

-An expressive arts workshop for late-identified autistic adults-
 

This workshop incorporates visual art, writing, and movement and is designed to help participants reflect on how their autistic traits shape their life experiences. Participants will cultivate self-awareness and understanding of their habitual behavior and life patterns. The workshop will begin with some gentle movement to support embodied, kinesthetic awareness. This will be followed by guided journaling and/or art to support personal reflection.
